Suzanne is the founder of Elite VA and the person behind the calm, capable support her clients come to rely on.

She lives in sunny Weymouth, Dorset, with her husband Scott and their Spanish Water Dog, Mavis, which probably tells you a lot about the kind of person she is: grounded, warm, approachable and quietly organised.

With over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across recruitment, marketing, property and retail, Suzanne brings far more than admin help. She works with busy business owners and growing companies who need someone they can trust to step in, understand the bigger picture and keep things moving without creating more noise.

What clients value most is not just what Suzanne does, but how she does it. She is thoughtful, proactive and easy to work with, with a natural ability to bring order to busy environments and make people feel more supported.
